A) Return Due To Change Of Mind

Bharuch Florist deals mainly into perishable items hence we don;t accept any sort of return/cancellation once order is received & prepared.  

B) Cancellation 

Bharuch Florist will happily honor any valid cancellation request if made within 1 hour placing the order. If the cancellation is accepted by our team/supervisor, We will be happy to imitate refund in following forms:

(a) a refund in store credit.

(b) on HOLD for future use.
